I specialise in working with issues such as:

  • Trauma- including sexual abuse, death of a loved one, illness, domestic abuse and divorce
  • Anxiety Disorders and Depression
  • Eating-Disorders
  • Relationship Difficulties
  • Building and maintaining Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem

I will work with you collaboratively in a gentle, non-judgemental and confidential manner with the aim of increasing your overall psychological well-being through talking therapy. We will work together to explore how issues that you are currently experiencing, or have experienced in the past, are affecting you and different aspects of your life, and how this can be overcome.

Qualifications:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Devon Counselling College)
  • Level 3 Award in Counselling Skills (Devon Counselling College)
  • MSc Social and Organisational Psychology (The University of Exeter)
  • BSc Psychology (The University of Birmingham)

 

Prices:

Individuals: £35 per 50 minute session

I also have limited concessionary fees available for individuals who have financial constraints
